What's the point of 2 fretted Jazz basses? Strung differently?

It's a Double Bass . A fretted Precision with a Fretless Jazz I just wish it was real, not photoshop!

For me it's that green Rick that someone here has. I want one so bad but they were only made in the first few years of Rick history, so they are literally impossible to get. If I had one though, my life would be complete.
