I'd wish for $6000 at the moment for this:

I know, it's a lot of money, but if I had it, I'd snatch it up with no hesitation. I believe CT only made two of these 8-strings, and this one is a beauty. I remember seeing one on eBay for a very optimistic starting bid of $18,500 some years ago, and if memory serves me correctly it was this one. Wasn't it CTBass&Birdsong who bought it? Is he selling this one now?
It's a Double Bass. A fretted Precision with a Fretless Jazz I just wish it was real, not photoshop!
If the Fender Custom Shop could do that other doubleneck build for Tim Commerford, I'm SURE they couold do this one for you!!!
You'd probably only have to pull off 2 or 3 bank heists to raise the cash to pay for it!!

I would love one of these, but preferably with a normal 'Flying V' style
pointy headstock, like Entwistle's other one.
I could probably afford one, but the cost is right thru the roof and you
really do have to be able to justify it in the end.
A Rickenbacker 4001C64, but totaly stealthed out. I would also like a matching one in greenburst.

I want Cliff Burton's Alembic. No one short of God (a.k.a, Cliff) deserves his Ric or his Aria, but the Alembic is safe.
