Yup, and if you ask him about it, he'll be the first to complain about how much it weighs. When I asked him why he didn't play a 5 or a 6, he had a bit of a "it goes to 11" look on his face.
yeap! it's probably incredibly heavy too. besides a huge waste of wood! how about going green!??? lol

- The newest 4-string Carl Thompson made for Les - has a ball-type scroll and is black
- Carl Thompson's "$10 million dollar bass"

It's like taking a Fender Jazz and shaping it like a Bongo! Same pickups, but the whole ambiance is lost...........
