I'm surprised at all the guys with expensive basses who totally misread posts in this, and other, threads and get butthurt.
I would expect owners of expensive basses to not care less about criticism, because presumably they have to work high-stress high-competitive jobs to earn the money to bring home a score of $2000 instruments. Why get worried about what some bedroom Squier abuser has to say about you?
I don't get it, but if you people are smart enough to bag jobs that pay this well, I would expect them to be able to actually read written English well enough to comprehend forum posts correctly....
I'm writing here from my desk at work. One day I will be bassist/guitarist in some tone lawyer blues band. Roll on the mid-life crisis....
Actually I'm only 24, didn't study law, and working as a civil servant... doubt I will ever get a crack at the $2000+ instruments of this world.
