Don't be surprised if your speakers sound different after painting them. How much the cone bends is part of the sound and sticking paint to them will almost certainly change that, along with their weight.

Are there any other premium 410s I should consider?

I think you have listed most cab manufacturers which I would consider too. I would only suggest adding GR Bass, Eich and Trickfish to your list.

Personally, I prefer two 2x10s over one 4x10. Much more practical.

My favourite cab that I have used was a GK RBH 410... but it weighed more than my house so isn't the most practical if you don't want back issues. I've heard good things about the Neo range though!
