I appreciate what you are saying, the guy that made the offer was just a collector with way to much money. I don't have a mere 8 or 9 bills, including the Duncan Pick-ups, l'm a cheap Bastardo. But it is a Great Bass. So is my 5 string Fender. They do what l want them to do, thanks for the Response, JohnYeah, I'm calling shenanigans on this one. If those offers were really made, they should have been taken in a heartbeat, unless you were having mercy on the poor intoxicated soul who made them. Maybe you kept them for sentimental reasons though, I don't know. Either way, I'm still guessing the fish...er...the offer wasn't that big.![]()
I love my Pushic....I'm selling everything else. The feel, the sound and the looks are phenominal IMHO. I always get compliments from clientele, band mates and sound engineers.By the way, has anyone had experience with DP (David Pushic) Custom guitars? Their prices seem unbelievable, seeing as their build quality seems to be almost as good as Conklin.
OH good Lord!!!!!! That's so NICE!!!Oh heck, I can't resist...

5, 6, 7, 8, etc?
Bump.
Just wondering, but out of Lakland, Valenti and Sadowsky, what would you recommend?

That MTD Norm Stockton signature thread from a while back still makes me drool every time I even think of it. One of those, and the Roy Vogt Kiesel, and my GAS might just be satisfied (for today). For me it would be a MTD, plenty of models/variations to choose from........ but probably considering this is Talkbass, the correct answer is 15 Squier P basses with flats and tort pick gaurds![]()
Why does everyone always jump to Fender? I'll be honest and say I have never been a huge fan of Fender basses and have found plenty of brands that are cheaper and comparable to the high end Fender ones at times.Fender...
