you can have a favorite, but if you're judging a "best" musician of any instrument you're doing music wrong.
Whatever the instrument. ... The one who shows up on time, has all the gear he needs to do the gig, doesn't complain, is friendly with the other musicians, tunes, doesn't over play, knows the changes and goes home when the other musicians leave. ... We've all met musicians who can't do those 7-simple things.
