My good friend Jeffrey made this beautiful modern re-imagining of the classic 56. Nordstrand BigRig pups, Sadowsky 3 knob preamp, custom carbon fiber look pickguard. Great add to my stable.
Hello everyone. Every year I throw up a thread like this. 2o17 will be no different.
I'm wondering what your best bass gear purchase was this year and why. It can be new or used, amp or bass or accessories, expensive or cheap, whatever you bought that floated your boat!
I'll start! I bought this: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/markbass-bass-keeper-strap. It was my best purchase because it is reliable, it saved me space on the gig and in the car. Mind you, it's not something you can use for everything but because I use a MB, it worked good for me.
And you? What was your best purchase and why?
Happy New Year!
John
that pickguard looks amazing. wanna let me know where you got it?#gas
Wow, that's really cool. My 'new' setup has side handles, so my top handle hanger doesn't work with it. This might be just the ticket!
Warmoth G4 body and Warmoth neck. What is that? Headstock looks vaguely Washburn-ish...
I bought a perfectly functional practice amp for $1.11.Hello everyone. Every year I throw up a thread like this. 2o17 will be no different.
