Best looking jazz bass?

Really digging the White and Cream Basses with matching headstocks, chrome hardware.

If we're including non Fenders and PJ's, I humbly re-submit my '79 USA Custom Shop Schecter, by Tom Anderson.

One piece Hawaiian Koa Body, Pau Ferro, Tele Bass Neck, Watco Danish Oil Finish which has turned out to be a very
smart move on a natural wood finish, because scuffs and scratches are so easy to touch up with a perfect match.

I was googling but have no good result about "Sting's 62 Fender Jazz Bass" he used to played in his early career, then - after various Ibanez, Hammer and P-Bass until the Steinberger L2 for the Ghost in the Machine tour - he almost used it for whole Synchronicity Tour (for first few concerts of the tour he used the Jazz Bass) before somebody hand him a white Spector NS-2 which then he liked, bought and used to became the 'trade mark' of the tour concerts, ... and the last time he seen used it was at 'the Soul Cages era' around 91-92, just before he met and start to use his iconic 50s 2nd generation P-Bass until now.
(seems that his Jazz Bass almost like three times lose it's place from being his main bass LOL..first time was when he bought and start to used his Fretless P-Bass).

My question is:
Is anybody have and would like to share here - the (good resolution) picture(s) of that "Sting's 62 Fender Jazz Bass" please?

1983: "That white Spector the guy has just showed me seems cooler for this tour instead..."

Here we go... These pictures were done by Guido Karp while the Soul Cages Tour in 1991. (Don't talk about copyright and be quiet) ;)

I've got a Fender Aerodyne Jazz bass in black. . . .and I must agree with several others on here that from a purely cosmetic perspective - they are very hard to beat! I'd love to have one with a block/bound fretboard as well!!

I also wish that Fender would send some of those Japanese painted ones over here - they get the best colors in Japan along with the matching headstocks!

I just picked one up last week and absolutly love it! Looks and plays amazing. GASing for a white one big time.

Yeah this one at Norm's caught my eye big time.
'65 Listed for $22,500.00 not sure if that's original finish or not because it's so clean.

Looking at a close up of the headstock, you can see expected wear on the tuners and string tree and also a slightly rough edge from the masking tape at the nut, so I'm gonna guess it was refinished at some point.

Now that's interesting...
It has gold coloured Hardware-I don't like gold coloured hardware
It has a flame top-I don't like flame maple tops.
It has a maple board-I don't like maple boards.
It has large position market dots-I don't liek large position market dots.

I think this bass looks really good! :)

Maybe 4 wrongs makes a right :D

Marco Basses are fantastic, I had him build me one after playing 8 of his Basses at NAMM and loving every single one. This Bass went from bieng one of many to my main axe for almost 2 yrs now, ive put it up against every boutique Fender style Bass you can think off and it always wins.

Marco's hand wound passive pick ups sound amazing, that passive Bark with enough high end and low boom to make you forget about active EQ's... My Marco is a P/J but the body and neck are Jazz style, he made the neck Thick per my request but it still had a Jazz profile to it, the entire bass is finished in Satin matte clear. The Bass weighs about 8lbs, the body is 3 piece, Ash core and cedar wings.

Looks great, I love his Passive pick-ups more and more each time I play them. I feel honored to have some of his earlier basses, he will be taking off here real soon.
