The very thin neck causes the strings to be too close. And you know them...they mingle too much.
Oh well, you caught me. Those are not my photos. I didn't notice I used one of the 5-string version.

Yes, it is almost a little neck heavy- I have a 73 P Bass and an 82 Fullerton 57 RI that weigh only a few ones more.

IDK about the most recorded Jazz Bass, but very likely it's the most BASS played on hit records.
Hey, what's with folks posting pics of jazz basses that aren't real Fenders? I find that totally inappropriate.

I've always thought that the Pearl guard on a white jazz is an ultra classy look.
Thanks! The white blond has got yellowish tone with age, and the pearloid pick looks just amazing on it!!!
