I'm sure I'm missing some, but these were the first to pop into my head. And no, The Carpenters are not rock. Enjoy.

  2. Beach Boys, definitely.

Beach Boys, Beatles, Eagles. Nowadays Fleet Foxes are singing pretty well.

Aside from the aforementioned Beatles and Beach Boys: No Queen? Or Boston? Poll invalid. ;)

  9. Nelson... Duh.

Honestly, CSNY - Deja Vu was what came to mind when I read the thread title.

Queen absolutely has to be on the list. I'd put The Cars too (nothing like the sound of Ben Orr's multitracked harmonies.)
heck, Van Halen too--also great harmonies supplied by the bassist.
And of course, can't leave out Yes, since it appears you're allowing prog!

Queen had some killer harmonies but wasn't it just Freddie harmonizing with himself? I know the intro to Bohemian Rhapsody was.

    What about the Osmonds?

And yes.... they did rock... try and deny that riff. It smokes.

No, Freddie did a lot of harmony with himself, but Brian typically did the lower range harmonies and Roger (often) took the highest.

Nope. Full harmonies, all accomplished singers. That is all of them on bohemian rhapsody... just a bunch of them.

I saw them do it live way back in the day(pre-Freddie mustache even;), and for sure, they were all singing expertly.
My understanding is Deacon sang the least on record as he didn't think he was close to the calibre of the other three. And yeah, Roger definitely did a lot of the really high stuff.
    Amazing band.
