You really seem to believe in and back your work Mike. Outstanding customer service!
Yes indeed, and then some. Mike consistently went the extra mile for customers that we shared, with his composite Thunderchild 115 and 212 builds. He even ate screw-ups that were my fault. Since he no longer accepts orders for composite cabs, I guess we're no longer officially "partners" in the bass cab world... but neither are we very good at acting like competitors!
It is in Mike's nature to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem, and in my experience that characteristic of his is not limited to "customer service". He meets problems head-on and is compassionate in dealing with people, and genuinely works his @$$ off. He sets a magnificent example for me all around.
And another thing - Mike downplays his own techinical side and role in the design/refine process, but his choices are excellent and I go to him for advice and trust his ears-on assessments more than I trust my measuring equipment (which is a lot). I just spend an hour or so on the phone with him picking his brain over speaker design relative to the home audio side of my little business.
