Nope - TRS cable is Tip-Ring-Sleeve, which is NOT what your cables are.
But that's OK, because TRS is NOT what you want for speakers.

Seriously, read the article I linked...I read it when it was originally published in Bass Player mag back in 1992, and it has ALL of the information you need to successfully piece together your system.

You have a TS cable. This refers to the type of connector. TS means Tip-Sleeve. Look at the cable end, see that it is divided by a black line into two sections, a Tip and a Sleeve.

A TRS cable means Tip-Ring-Sleeve. It has two black lines dividing it into three sections, a Tip, a shorter Ring section, and the Sleeve section. You don't need one of these for anything you're going to be doing with your bass rig. These are more for certain types of studio gear and mixers and whatnot.

For bridged, you'd need a Speakon --> 1/4" cable.

You should never ever run a bridged amp into a 1/4” phone connector! They can not handle the voltage or current safely. Its also dangerous for the amp as the metal shroud of the plug is live with respect to ground. This is a shock hazard and if it comes in contact with anything at ground potential shorts out one side of the amp.
