In a sense, yes. It would allow you to more safely utilize the maximum amount of power available from your amp. I say more safely, because depending on your signal, it could still do very nasty things to your drivers - especially if using sustained synth-like pedal tones or lots of distortion; drivers need time to dissipate heat, or you'll quickly get into power compression territory (and that should be your next read, so you know what's going on when it happens to you
Edit, I just want to note, that there's a lot of talk about maximums here. You probably don't drive your car by flooring it 100% of the time (or maybe you do...), but the same thing goes for bass rigs. I stand by my recommendation to first try out your amp with that 810e you have your eye on in stereo mode - 320w to each 410. And if that isn't enough, then work from there.
