I cant seem to remember that it has served Billy well. I have never seen him with this. And of course its was just a gimmick. Two necks tuned BEAD and EADG.. How stupid is that?

actually, its not that dumb. he likes only 4 strings on the neck, so thats fairly practical. it being a double neck is impractical, but i see why he would choose bead + eadg.

i'm not into double necks, or pointy things, but if i wanted this i could see maybe 2 grand. 37 or whatever they're asking is just dumb.

Even though I play five string, I don't think it's silly. The BEAD/EADG doubleneck is perfectly useful for a dedicated four-stringer who wants to use both tunings within the same song.

Clarification: I don't think the bass is silly, but the price certainly is.
