At my peak athletically (days long gone by now), I could probably do half of those spread out in the same distance, maybe more like a quarter if I'm more honest with myself.

I was about to say that humans just can’t do that stuff: must be CGI...
Then I remembered that she’s Ukrainian:
Anyone old enough will remember that athletes from the former USSR or PRC could do just about anything—especially gymnastics:
Must be residual stuff in the water, or coaches left over from that era, or even the threat of Siberian gulags to inspire one to feats of greatness....
