Birdsong Club Pt 2

Short bass #104 joining my bass family approx. july 31st !!!!:hyper:

Plus Jake Goede with Birdsong is building me a Custom Bass from his line of guitars.. :eek: pics will follow as they arrived !!!!:ninja:

Every day I wake up and think about adding another bass to the order. I want them all!

I have this Corto 2 and a Bliss that I locked in at the sale price on July 4th coming, so that will be a good start.

Both basses will feature black hardware and rosewood fretboards.

Scott told me to make sure I am sitting down when the Bliss arrives. He said I may need to run a few laps around the house before I look at it again.:hyper:



Edit: Can I become an official member of the Birdsong Club?

Yes, I received it last week (No. 13-062 in "current builds") and I love it. As far as I know it is the first HY5 fretless Scott has constructed. The walnut goes wonderfully with my mahogany Corto and mesquite Mesquito (both fretless). I have been really busy; maybe some photos later.

Updates on the Bark Bass today and what a beautiful bass backside she has. I always love the look of that beautiful copper in the electronics cavity. The first good look at the back after finishing and I could not be happier.

Can't be long now!!!!
