Why these two Bob and not all 3 of them together? Show off your blue basses! (the color! blue-junkies!) This thread hadn't had any activity since Oct 20' which is why I didn't post in it. Is it a requirement? I don't think every one who wants to show their instruments are interested in being in a club.

Valenti custom to my specs and yes, extremely versatile. East Indian rosewood board with a swamp ash body. Total bass weight is about 7 1/2 pounds.
Nordy NP4 with alnico 3 magnets with a Nordy BigSplitMan with alnico 5 magnets. Volume, pan, tone and stacked treble/bass. Nordy 3B preamp. Swimming pool route in the back.
Two switches are:
- mid-boost on/off
- parallel / single-coil / series for the BigSplitMan.

I've always loved LPB. And after Rondo started dropping the price to $99, I decided to get one of each SX model they made in LPB. The only ones I don't have are the short scales, but since I don't play short scales they don't count. If SX ever does a burgundy mist line, I'll probably get those too.

That's some nice figuring in your fret board. Sonic blue is one of my favorite solid colors.
this is the only blue ax i have, but it's my newest ax, so i'm proud to show my version of a "blue bass."
i played it on a gig for the first time last night = huge fun, great neck!
