I like the idea of having the cheapest instruments available just for artistic purposes. I am also glad of knowing there are instruments available for the poorer musicians as well.
I can tell some people is able to play better music with a cheap instrument than other “musicians” with a big price tag instrument and zero talent.
I would give it a try for sure.

I’m gonna say these are items from a scam site like ‘protein-burger’. Once they have your cc info your credit rating will plummet because they’ll be using your credit for themselves.

Think about it for a minute. ‘Glarry’ was selling basses 3 years ago at $56. Now they’re selling them for $129 and up. Stay far far away from whatever website you’re looking at.

Initially one would think that but they are for sale on a respected Asian site similar to Ebay. NO CC given an no cash for them until the product is delivered.

I'd probably also replace the knobs, pots, output jack and strap buttons.

Don't forget the neck and body too, will also need to be upgraded.

Can't speak for people outside of the thread that you shared below but basically everyone in the thread got their refunds via Ebay.

They are for sale in Indonesia. The shipping would cost 10X as much as the bass to the US. I can post the link if someone is interested but I am 100% not affiliated nor can I comment on what you would receive.
