Breaking Bad coming back

Anyone else notice the parallel the producers drew between Jesse/Jane and Todd/Lydia with the pink lipstick showing.

I think Lydia is going to die at the hands of Walt because of that scene, total foreshadowing IMO. (This is my own theory and I couldn{t find it written anywhere else on the internet, so maybe I{m going a bit crazy analizing with chekhov{s gun in mind.)

Anyone else agree?

Google Project Free Tv, it's magic. Let Me Watch This (vodly.to)'s quality has been getting worst and worst lately.

Yeah, I noticed they started going downhill as well (I don{t like the name change either). But about a year and a half ago, they were great. As long as you find a putlocker link (or the simmilar player) it works great though. Got me caught up on Doctor Who, and Walking Dead, and BrBa.

By the way, to the guns amateur here; do people really shoot that badly?

Yes and no.

In police shootings, amounts of bullets around that number (there were 141 supposedly shot in the scene and some police shoots have numbered 136) also resulting in no hits.

However, here's my problem with it:

Remember the meth lab buried in the bus? They took out everybody there without a single casualty. Why could they take out 6 armed guys then and not 2 guys standing in the open with no cover?

With two guys using automatic rifles, and two guys using automatic shotguns, they should have been toast. At about 40 yards (the shooting was about that or less), a single shotgun shell should put about 8 metal balls, all roughly 1/5 of an inch in diameter, into a circle the size of a foot. That should be pretty much a wall of lead coming at them.

I'm not sure why Jack would choose a pistol though. I have a very nice combat pistol, full length with low recoil, and 25 yards is pushing it. Could I get a hit at 40 yards? Most definitely. Under those conditions, I'm just not sure.

On the other end of the "Do people really shoot that bad?" spectrum, is the story of a Texas hero here recently. A criminal grabbed an assault rifle and pinned down a cop whom he was about to kill. A concerned citizen raised his .357 revolver and hit hi 3 times with 6 shots at 165 feet.

Also, don't forget that these guys are the baddest of the bad. They've gone through intense stress inoculation and people like Todd don't seem to have that adrenaline rush associated with a firefight. They just do. Normal people lose fine motor control and rely on gross muscle memory for self defense shootings, which usually take place within 5 yards. Any further and accuracy drops a crazy amount. Trained police officers forget to turn off safeties, and one researcher stated that "the tendency is to point the gun in the general direction of the threat and pull the trigger as rapidly as possible."

Hank and Gomez, both of whom have a strong conscience guiding them, might experience the adrenaline and would certainly experience a high stress accuracy loss. This gang of baddies probably wouldn't.

It's incredibly far fetched to assume that people trained with hard to get military hardware (try finding an AA12 even as a firearms dealer or manufacturer) wouldn't imply that they should be a much better shot. I know it's a shot I could have pulled off, barring accuracy loss by stress. I put 50 rounds into a target about the size of a small grapefruit at about 50 yards while leaning off a table. They should have had no problem doing that at shorter distance aiming center of mass.

Makes me think something's up. Like they didn't actually want to kill them.

My prediction for the next episode - Hank & Gomey are dead (or barely alive). Todd & his uncle expect Walt to fulfill his promise for one more cook. He won't do it without Jesse. They're basically back I'm the situation they were in with Gus.

...sounds OK.
Also, to break away from Todd's gang...Walt pulls a similar stunt that was used on Krazy-8 & Emilio?
(Note Todd's uncle & co-hort were maskless in the last epsiode).

Here is an image that shows the angle and distance of the shootout pretty well:

I think the easiest way to wrap this up in 3 more episodes is if Hank and Jesse bite it in this battle. Jesse getting killed before the last episode, IMO, would be the unexpected kind of stuff they like to do here... and would also kinda "wow" the viewers.

A few things still have to get tied in here too. The ricin Walt goes back to get in his burnt house? I'm gonna guess that's for Lydia (is that her name?), but if Jesse's dead, I'm not sure who's going to finish the burning the house down thing.

This is the only how I've ever gotten into like this... not much of a TV guy. I'm a big fan. If this and family guy were the only 2 shows on TV, I'd be happy.
