Nah, he's fine. Just a little nervous about going outside his comfort zone with unfamiliar gear. You could just as easily see it going the other way, after all. This BL is suspect.

Love that mini monolith!
Rumble 500Got a call to sub for a gig next week, and was just told there's not a lot of space, so bring a small amp.
It's almost laughable how often I hear this because Im not sure what they are expecting, as my Fearless 2x12 has roughly the same size footprint as my Bag End 1x15 cab and my Rumble 15. the 2x12 is maybe 2-3 inches wider than the other two at the most, not a significant difference IMO and its worth the trade off to have a taller cabinet to me.
When told to bring a small amp, what are you guys bringing? I mean, I could bring the Rumble or BE 1x15, but its going to be taking up just about the same amount of floor space.

Doesn't get any more space efficient than that!On a few occasions I’ve plugged directly into the PA and it’s solved the space problem - and the Bass has filled the room better than I expected

For those situations I leave the ampeg rig at home. I'll take my markbass lm2 and a ashdown rm115t, no more than 30 lbs and light enough to make a single trip from the car.
Revsound RS410VT. LOL
