British Racing Green Player Precision Bass

I have a soft spot for British Racing Green, really don't need another bass but this looks

I think it's new, apparently limited edition, haven't heard anything about it yet.

Anyone seen one in the wild yet?

Looks to come stock with SD Quarter Pounder pickups.

Nice! I wish I had a 60s E-type decked out in BRG to match one of these puppies!

But ouch. Man... I've bought 3 new Fenders Jazzes so far this year, but $1050 for a basic MIM with an $80 pickup tossed in it just hurts my soul. :-( Let's hope these go on sale for $700ish like the flame top player Jazzes at GC.

I also like BRG. I once followed a vintage Allard J2 in a gorgeous BRG for a stretch of highway just to look at the color. It looked a lot like this...

In fact my 2003 Toyota Camry LE is Aspen Green Pearl [Dk. Green] which is similar to BRG.
