Wow, I couldn't disagree with you more on the singing of the Nation Anthem. Renee Fleming is the first person in a long time that I've heard nail those big notes with class and authority and she could remember the words too.
+2 to that! That was very well done, of course.+1 to that. I really hope they start picking people like that for the National Anthem over the pop people who kind of butcher it. That was the best I recall ever hearing.
