Listen to Off Minors "Heat Death of The Universe" album. Very Jazzy, you can hear the title track on their myspace page.

Off Minor is one of the bands that spawned from the death of Saetia. Hotcross, and the Fiction are two bands that also came from Saetia and Saetias drummer Greg who runs Level Plane records was the original drummer for Interpol.

In any event check out that album, it's very jazz and very core.
