I got a new Fender rumble 15watt amp, and was wondering if it could catch flame? If so, how high can I go, before it does???

They'll usually ignite between 7 and 8 on the volume knob. Anything higher than that, they usually just explode...whatever you do, wear eye protection!
Depends on if you have the gas or electric the electric is pretty safe but you have to make sure you keep the pilot light lit on the gas version

it may be wise to purchase some fire retardant clothing while playing that thing. Oh and wear gloves while adjusting volume!
Dose it go to eleven? If so you may want to check and make sure it’s legal to use in the country/state where you live.

This is what happened at a club near me when someone turned his Rumble 15 up to 9. It took out the whole town.

I am not going to mock your question. I think some of the jokes you are getting may help you see that you really don't have much to worry about.
If you hear distortion, turn down the volume. You will also find that it will depend on how high the volume is on your instrument, how hard you play, and the position of the Bass and Mid controls, and possibly the tone control positions on the instrument.
Simply put, if you are distorting that little 8" speaker, sooner or later it will fail. Unless there is an electrical fault in the amp, I don't think you have to worry about fire.
However, you obviously do not want to get the amp wet or operate it near a fireplace, space heater, or heating stove.
Also, you should learn how to use the aux/headphone feature. You will probably get a better idea of how your instrument sounds through headphones.
This ^^^. However, if it fails electrically and not mechanically, it can catch fire. I have an old Crate BT220 that's on its way there...
