Been there with my brother. There's damn all good in such a situation except for the opportunity to spend this last precious time surrounding her with love. Wishing her peace.
This is no good. I am glad to read y'all have a plan to let her be comfortable and have a chance to say goodbye.

Won't like this, because Eff cancer, but please know you have my most sincere condolences. The only good is that you get to say goodbye. That's a precious thing. Laugh with her, remember the fun, ridiculous times with her. Relive the joy and carry that forward. Be well.

I'm so sorry. These things are never easy and there are never adequate words. Just know we're all thinking about you and sending you warm thoughts.
And when the time comes that she starts slipping away, hearing is one of the last senses to go, so play her favorite songs for her to comfort her.
