I'll echo this. My dc7 is under my pedaltrain mini. You can see photos in my original post. The dc7 is a very slim unit.

Cioks DC7 review- it's awesome

This is something new that I've started doing as well with the cioks supplies. Makes for real easy building of boards when the pedals AND power can be interchanged and moved around with ease.
Hey all, quick question for something that isn't on Cioks' website - will the DC7 fit under a PT Nano? I bought the DC5 in June and am already regretting it... if it doesn't fit the Nano I could probably justify getting a bigger board.
Yes. It actually fits better than the DC5 since the DC7 is thinner (not as tall).
It should. Check out the pictures in the first post. I show my DC7 under my PT mini, which should be the same height at the nano. It'll show you its clearance.
Thanks for quick replies! Although I don't want to buy more stuff I think I'll need to upgrade from my Nano... there isn't enough space to fit the additions I'm considering. So, if I can pick your brains for another minute, consider this. My board currently houses:
Source Audio C4 and Aftershock, EQD Rainbow Machine, MXR Studio Compressor and a Broughton HPF mounted underneath. That's all five of the DC5's outlets, and if I pushed it I could bump one to 18v and put my Joyo Noise Killer on top. But eventually I want to add the Source Audio Hub and a MIDI controller so that's both more space and power required.
As far as space goes the Metro 20 or 24 seem like good options. For power, the DC7 would almost suit my needs but leaves no room for expansion. What supply, mountable under a Metro, would y'all recommend? This is all fairly new territory for me so I appreciate any input you have while I furiously search Google.
EDIT - looks like I might need to go up to the Classic line.

I just got a DC10Link myself, because of the dedicated jack that goes up to 24V for my 360 pre. I haven't built the new board yet, but I think it's going to be a great PS.
Keep in mind that there are multiple adaptations to the cables that Cioks has available.
There are split cables that will operate two 9v pedals on one connection (relative to how much mA your pulling), plus boost flex that will double to voltage of one outlet (9v boosted to 18v, up to 24v)
You may be aware of this already, just throwing it out there.
I bought one of these the day they went for sale...from Finland. They are that awesome.
Incidentally, I use the USB charger to power a little fan I clip to my mic stand. It is the only way I survive our festival gigs during the summer.

Thanks for the link! I actually decided that for my future needs I would require more storage space so there a Classic 1 with hard case on the way to my apartment. Maybe it will prove to be overkill but now I know I'll have space for everything... and my current vision for this board will need to power around ten pedals so I'm considering either the DC10 or Ciokolate.
The Cioks cannot deliver 3A. My understanding is the Stomp really only draws 1.2A so you might be able to get by using the parallel cable off two 9 volt ports.
Cioks did a video about this. The Stomp only draws about 1A, so doubling two outputs and attaching a 2.1-2.5 adapter will work fine with the Stomp
Dangggggggg. I just bought a DC5 for my new Nano+ build, but I'm already getting hamstrung by only being able to run 2 pedals over 100mA with it, and it would be nice to have isolated power for more than 5 pedals.
Sounds like the DC7 would be a better solution for me. Very tempted by this. I've got a few days left to return my DC5.
Does anybody know how different the drilling template is for the DC7? Would be incredible to not have to drill different holes, but that's probably a longshot.
