I think this is the PS I'm gonna go with - but probably the Power Max version.

Previously had an ADAM on a PT nano, and always wished I had room and power for one more pedal.

Trying to decide between the Metro 16 or the Nano+. Leaning heavily to the Metro 16.
Board first, cables, then Power Supply.

Yeah I've got two of them so I bought a few extra cables. They're pretty cheap. These of course work with Cioks supplies as well.

Question for you. I've finally got my GRIP in hand and I'm a little frustrated by it. When you attach it to the board, are you screwing the screws so that they're flush with the bracket, as it says in the instructions, or just enough to hold it in place?

When I screw them in enough so that they're flush, I see the bracket bending and I'm also digging the screws into the back of the board, making marks and little holes all over the place. It looks kinda janky and I was under the impression that this solution wouldn't be putting more holes in my board. This is on a Nano+ by the way.

Yeah it works kinda like a set screw, you just tighten them enough to clamp them to your board. So yeah they will make round spots where you tighten the screws, but not holes.

The Grip is awesome. No drilling, holds the power supply perfectly solid.

Great thread, definitely buying the dc7 or powermax.

It sounds like the only difference between the two is the color and the cables supplied, am I right? Doesn’t really justify the extra $40.

The CIOKS also has 24 volt out and you can connect other power supplies like the DC4 to extend functionality.
