not such a great shot, but here's me rockin my KBP5 at Madison Square Garden!

and I feel you Pete, I've still got the TIs on it!

nowhere near as exciting, but here's a shot from last night's job at The Blue Note in Columbia, MO

as usual, I looked up just in time to be stunned into a completely blank expression.

M9:
Voice two, dead flat. I didn't need the GEQ for that room.
I had treble and bass both boosted a little on the LG, and passive tone rolled back about 30% or so to knock some of the edge of the "still pretty new AC ss rounds."
You might guess from my right hand position, I favor the neck pickup a little.

The sound guy loooved the DI.
"Big, phat, crisp and clean" was what he said, and he left the console flat, except to roll off a bit from 50hz on down to keep it tight.

Nice! I bet that sounds great! I've been digging the LG with my little TC rig (RH450/RS210)... very warm and growly in the low mids and punchy... nice match-up for that bass with the relatively worn in nickel rounds on it.

so I just received my Alleva-Coppolo cable, nickel rounds, and T-shirt in the mail today. Shirt is dope, strings look decent (haven't put them on anything yet), but the CABLE! So it's the exact cable as the pic on their site....but after ABing it with my custom cables from Bayou Audio and ProcablesNsound (both made with G&H straight and Neutrik silent right angle), it just blew them away....the AC cable (G&H straight and right angle) is clearly a hotter signal, and when I added some treble on my amp, the tweeter in my Epifani cab started hissing....but sonically, I think the AC cable has a much fuller spectrum and all my highs sound much louder and clearer! (I'm using TI flats on my KBP5) Definitely a sweet purchase! And Patrick made things very quick and easy, and was super on top of communication....thumbs up Alleva-Coppolo!

Oh boy, now this thread will be thrown into the hell of 'cables make a difference or not'.
