
Again, as a former Fodera player and fan, just want to make sure readers understand I am NOT knocking them at all. Just making the point that there are many TBers who tend to assume their own price/value level is the same for everyone. The prices for any Fodera I would currently want is way beyond my price/value comfort level, just like the price of an Alleva-Coppolo or Sadowsky, or whatever is well beyond others' price/value comfort level. Useless discussion. A bass (or any other product) is worth what one is willing to pay for it... end of discussion
And also +1 that the super high end A-C's with rare boards, blocks and binding, nitro, etc. that actually start to get into that Fodera-level pricing, are, well, WAY out of my price/value comfort level! The base models.... ah, just right!
