I picked up one A/C on a whim and now own 4. It stopped my search for the perfect bass. That blue LM sure looks sweet.

I did the same, but stuck with the one and only I have. Never take out the MTD or anything else because it just works perfect.

Here is my LG5 Classic Supreme Limited with a DN fretboard. Now I do love my Fodera, Sadowsky NYC, and the MTD 535 basses, but the LG5 is what I've been using for everything lately. It just does everything right!!

I was interested in ordering an AC through John. He was super responsive and great to work with but in the end he just couldn't make it happen. I've pretty much given up on the idea now as there don't seem to be any dealers left - perhaps a second hand one might come my way one day through.

From the times I've looked into having another AC built, it's been tough going. Few options were available and placing an order for what I wanted was met with, "you're better off just waiting to see what Jimmy decides to build and send out to his dealers and pick from that." Definitely an unusual business model.

That sounds more like a dealer decision than a shortcoming in Jimmy's business model.

Fair enough. We were fortunate enough to manage custom orders as well as get first pick of whatever he had lying around.

I e-mailed Jimmy, but not about a sale but you could e-mail him and ask about dealers or stock he may have.
Failing that, you need to find used, of course.

I think the only one getting stock seems to be BNG in China. Here's a link to their instagram - there are some new ACs there:

Thing is they're not actually a dealer - they're distributors who I assume import equipment and sell it off to dealers around China, so I don't think you could buy directly from them. Their website doesn't seem to show any stock or any way of buying anything and I can't see any links to stores they may work with. I suppose you could email them and ask, but the fact you'd have to pay for shipping and any duty/taxes due to having to re-import it back to the US (I'm in Europe so it's a moot point for me anyway) seems not the best way of doing things.
