For sale on e-bay...somethings just don't seem right about this!

Also, ZERO feedback seller...maybe I'm just too particular!

Dan K.

Well, I've read some of the posts and have to thank Dan for posting the link and Andrew for calling. This is an Alleva-Coppolo that I built many years ago for my friend Matt D. It's the only Sheerwood green metallic 4 string LG that I built and it is serial number B0011 which I believe is the bass that Ten Dollar hat lost in shipping a few months back. If there is a police report on the missing bass then there is a possibility to contact the Ga. district attourney to get the bass off auction and back to the original owner. I wouldn't recomend bidding. If there is anything I can do to help please don't hesitate to contact me.

Guys, don't give it away. I have shot an e-mail off to him to get info and ask about a pickup in person. If anyone tellls him its stolen he will be gone and no one will be able to get it.

Please lay back and let me see if I can get some more info. The bass was stolen here in Nashville from DHL, so I kind of wonder if its not really here still.

I got an email response from him that he is checking on the serial number and the weight with the seller. He seems to be an intermediary...at least that is what he wants me to think. I hope it is possible to catch the perpetrator if this works out.

Peace,

T

Does anybody know where this guy is? I'm willing to help arrange a 'meeting' if he's anywhere in VA, MD, or maybe further.

EDIT: Looks like the eBay ad says he's in GA... do we know of anybody who's down there who could help arrange something?
