I got my bass a few minutes ago! Some of the finest woodworking I've ever seen. I'm at work, so I won't have much time to play it until I get home. If it sounds half as good as it looks, then WOW!

I just got pics of the top and back woods earlier this week. I think he made it sound like they should start within a week or so.

I'm cool with posting my specs. I kind of borrowed a lot from the look of the original Rami and Tslicebass.
Rami 6, 34" scale, modern neck, flat profile, ash wings, butternut centerblock, figured walnut top, acrylized maple FB, 26 frets (max allowed before having to move neck pickup), Nordstrand dual coils with matching acrylized maple covers, half-ramp next to bridge pickup, Bass Mutes, black hardware, Audere 4 band, active/passive, 18v, series/parallel/split for each pickup. I think that about covers it.

LOL, gotta love 35" scale 4 strings!!! Are you planning on detuning it any or do you just like the feel?
I got really big hands, so it feels more comfortable. I also play with a band that drops a hole step, then drops D :-(
I sometimes just play around the drop D tunning by bringing a 5 string, but it's just easier this way.
Love the music, but I hate the tunning!
