yea we drop down to D# , weird but it works for the vocal , Im ordering #2 CB in a little over a week , it takes me for ever to decide on wood but I finally got it , hope you all love your new babies !
I got really big hands, so it feels more comfortable. I also play with a band that drops a hole step, then drops D :-(
I sometimes just play around the drop D tunning by bringing a 5 string, but it's just easier this way.
Love the music, but I hate the tunning!

That is going to turn out great, Scott! This is your fourth with Cliff, right? After receiving mine, I can see how you would want another one! These basses are like artisanal wooden crack cocaine!
Here are some pretty terrible pictures of my Bordwell. My camera is not the best and the lighting isn't too good. Trust me when I say it's much nicer in person! I'll try to snap some tomorrow in natural lighting.

lesclaypoolsob!
Great looking bass! How do you like the playability? The CB 6 I have plays better than my CT 6. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic.
I'm really gassing for one of these basses at the moment but the terrible exchange rate/import tax/VAT/ and shipping to UK adds a colossal amount to the price.
very, very beautiful pictures and i'm glad to hear hat it plays well.
what's your pickup & electronics configuration by the way?
