Here are a couple of pics my buddy Pete took of his new Bordwell.
Pete is a great bass player and a killer drummer. I am glad he ordered a CB after getting to check mine out. These basses are the best! Pete is stoked about his new bass!

After searching and searching and searching for a fretless, it's time to finalize the details of my next Bordwell. 
I still can't get over how awesome mine is! So why not just get another? Picture reminder with some weirdo "playing" it:
Next one will be a Big McNeely unlined fretless 4-string. Passive with some sort of Nordstrand pickups. Other details, who knows? I'll let Cliff decide whatever.

Funny thing... picture day came early due to the lack of sunshine in the forecast. There are 5 gold knobs on the bass, just not on that day.
It really is awesome. Cliff exceeded expectations yet again... I'll probably switch to 5-string exclusively now.

I mentioned possibly offering a second headstcok option.
What do you guys think of a bass version of this?
It would be a little fatter/stockier looking for bass.

Love the logo, although I'm the kind of guy who likes the headstock as compact as possible. Personally, I'd LOVE to investigate headless some day. 
I'm thinking I'd have to actually see a prototype, but at least right now, I'm still diggin' your existing headstock better. That said, that logo looks great. It'd be nice to have at least as an option even on your existing headstock.Headstock talk...

Cliff, I don't own one of your basses but I think you do great work. My feeling on your headstock is leave it as is. Your headstock design is one of most most original/recognizable headstocks out there. It'd be a shame to change that.
