Club Clement (Part 5: Post your basses here)

That sounds like a great build!
Just remember that once the body is cut, the decision is firm :D

And Tom's basses sound great no matter what electronics you put in it so don't worry too much! I've got various Nordstrand and Bartolini pickups in mine, with various preamps, all sounding great!

I'm happy too!! I understand re: the wait. I'll try to be a good girl and not pester you too much. It would be easy to be like the kids in the car. "Are we there yet? Huh? Huh? Now are we there?" LOL.... :D

Actually, the timing is perfect. Our drummer has to have surgery, so right about the time the bass will be ready is about when we'll start gigging again. So, it's all good. :hyper:

Thanks, yes it was a fun day. I enjoy my bandmates immensely, I've put together a rig I'm really happy with, and my Clement is just so freakin easy to play, it's a rush.

The other bass I played that day was an 87 Precision special, with Alembic P & J pups/electronics, that was newly fretted by Tina at the Amp shop in Sherman Oaks. Her work is spectacular. They are both great basses, but I was on the Clement about 70% of the day.
