I will "in" myself to the new thread with Thor, and sadly this will be the last time I will be able to do this.

I'm not entirely sure if I made the right decision, but I decided to sell him. In fact, I'm just awaiting payment.

As I indicated before, I have been working to make a thumb and 3-finger technique my default right hand style for both fingerstyle and slap. On Thor, the proximity of the neck pickup to the fingerboard forces me to alter my right hand technique, which undermines my learning it.

Basically, I've been forced to either alter my playing style, or not play Thor. It was a TOUGH decision I thought about for a LONG time, but I think this is the best decision, although I sure am going to miss this bass.

I posted this in the previous thread, but since it was the penultimate post, I doubt anyone read it.

I have a question about my FBass. When I opened the control cavity, I noticed that there were two bars in there, one marked bridge and the other marked neck. What are they? They look almost big enough to be spare pickups!
