Definitely happy with the product, both the sound and workmanship are impeccable. I can say with confidence that this is probably the last bass I will ever need to buy (and I only have a couple of others.)Feel happy, I guess ?

Wicked BN ConnManX, congrats!
Anyone using flats on their F's? Thinking of throwing some Deep Talkin' flats on my VF5 when it arrives in a week or so...been on the flats tip as of late.

I will try also a black Deep talking Labella on my BNF5 in the next week.
I want to see what will coming out.
Will let you know my thoughts.
Hey blen dem. I used a set of TI flats on my VF PJ when I was recording my bands new album on one track. Sounded great. As you would expect from an F bass. I find these basses super responsive to different strings in a good way. It really allows you to change the character of the bass by just swapping them out. I was going for a 70's kinda thing and it turned out great. I also messed around a bit with them between takes and got some pretty convincing Motown tones out of it. I say go for it.
Nice, yes keep me/us posted!
Awesome, any clips? Them TI's are quite pricey but hear they are worth every penny. I have a set of labella deep talkins' on my MTD CRB5, love em and may try those on the VF5. Thanks and is the PJ back with rounds now?
I'm digging the tune and lovin the tone, thanks for sharing! You guys sound great and bass has that warm full & round tone that I really love. Great playing and I am definitely gonna throw some flats on the VF5, sold!Ya. If you go to this link [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
I used the flats on the track "still here" which is track 8. lemme know if this works for you. I know it works in canada. Not sure where you are at. And yes I have rounds on it again now. I always keep flats around for the studio but that is my main bass live and the majority of the stuff needs rounds.
