Here a picture from my BN6 that Marcel kindly sent to me.
Fast (slimer) neck, 18mm string spacing and nut width 51mm (same as Swetbass) will make this bass my perfect tool for soloing and chording !

Thanks Tom, they are flame ash block inlays... My previous Fbasses were all BN's. First one I regretfully sold which has continued to haunt me. Second one for some reason didn't do it for me, I think I was hoping it would sound just like the first...and we all know no two are alike. This will be my first VF & i can not wait!

I can't wait to see this masterpiece Randy. I feel your pain on the wait, I have been waiting seventeen months on a build. Most days the wait hasn't been that bad ,but others I have to say patience grasshopper over and over!

I cant explain how much I love dealing with the guys and gals at FBASS!!!...they really make you feel like family...and not a dysfunctional family...LOL....

from picking the wood....to making slight/major custom alterations ...too choosing the finish...they are with you every step!!....or if want... you give them your grocery list ...and whammo!!!...done to perfection!!

Like I've said before...I have sold every instrument I have owned to have my custom FBASS's!!!....and not a single regret!!!

Anyone using flats on their F's? Thinking of throwing some Deep Talkin' flats on my VF5 when it arrives in a week or so...been on the flats tip as of late.
