Club Sadowsky!!!

Hey all,

I asked Timothy (Thanks!!) to do a mock up of what my bass would look like now that I have a finished body pic...here's the result (It's pretty close to what I imagined it would be): :hyper:

Glad that you got satisfaction. The black pearloid pg will be a great touch. NOLA's WL is a beauty example of that.

Nice clip Ken. I enjoyed it and just love the tone of that bass. And of course loving the tone of the Whitey.

I think that the clips were very revealing of the tone of the basses. I would be thrilled with either or both basses. Thank you for posting the clips.

I'm not sure it's such a good idea to encourage me. :ninja: Seriously, I appreciate the comments. Once I get the hang of this video thing I'll record some lengthier ones with better lighting and plenty of knob-tweaking.

I'm primarily a rounds guy, and confess that I'm still getting accustomed to the slippery feel of flats. But I love the tone, and again, so does the sound man of my R&B band (he's an excellent sound man, too).

Having a problem with one of my saddle screws, on my D string. It seems to turn while I'm playing lowering the string to the point of it buzzing and becoming unplayable. I can usually tell when the saddle starts to lower when the string starts going out of tune. Any suggestions on how to correct this problem? I have heard if you put clear nail polish on the saddle set screw that will help. Wanted to check here first before I do anything.
