1st of all welcome to the geriatric crew Joey! :hiding:
Regardless of what else is said of our group, life is gonna start to take on a special glow. All the accumulation of smarts is gonna pay off BIG time more & more every year now. Congrats bro.
Good to see you going w/ flame maple w/ that quilt. Maybe the next one should be a rw P. :D

Are pics like this legal? Nice neck profile!
Gotta push the envelope once in awhile Dave.
Re. necks/F.B. - The one constant that has impressed me more as time goes on is the truing of the board that Roger does up high. Even though I seldom get way up, the play even around the 12th - 15th fret is such a comfort. Sweet as honey.

Wow Fran, that is one LONG list!

And now I find out that the Metros are up in the 5K numbers.
Here is a photo of my oly white RV4 when I was polishing it. I was caught up in admiring the Morado board so no strings. I think the number on this bass is M281. Oh and I did finally put strings on the bass.:)

Blair, I think that that's the best photo yet of your Sadowsky.
Lizzy, wow! what a cool photo.

Yes, final specs please.

As for the wait, you tend to forget for a month or so at a time. Makes it go better. Or at least, that's what my wait has been like.

Aw, thanks! Yeah, I guess that couldn't hurt :D
24 fret 4 string, flame maple on ash. Dark cherry burst finish with black hardware. Standard body, maple fingerboard with a smaller neck radius and nut width. Humcancelling pickups and standard stainless steel strings. I think that's it... I might be forgetting something, but I don't think so. So excited! As I said in Part 26 of the club, I'm still at highschool and I've been working at McDonald's for two years to save up... ordering it was very exciting indeed :hyper:
And I'm very jealous of your two, BluesyCat. Where was it you lived again? :ninja:
Yeah, I'm hoping I'll forget. But school drags by enough without looking forward to something that's really far off in the future... Maaaths... Sorry, I'll stop moaning now :D and thanks Roger, I've been a big fan of your basses for a while now (obviously) and I'll certainly keep saving.

And if you have it, the danger is you'll want a second one... Roger's instruments have that power :).

So I've heard, I was planning, once I leave school, to own one bass of quite a few different makes/brands (if you will) so I had a nice wide range... But I dunno... The Sadowsky siren song is a sweet one, to be sure (I think that's from a movie)...
Damn, Roger! I ordered it today and I'm already like this! Can't you make your basses a little less... good? Please? After I get mine, of course.
