Club Sadowsky!!!

Wow thanks so much everyone for the great feedback, thanks to Fran for linking the videos too.

It was super fun playing, they set it up like a club show so it didn't really feel much different than a regular gig, it took a lot of the pressure off. I listened on headphones this morning and I am really pleased with the bass sound. The engineers nailed the tone I always wanted (probably didn't hurt that I was playing the Sadowsky through a Reddi either). I also had a touch of reverb going the whole time, which I'm glad I did.

Thanks to Roger and Kevin and the whole crew.

@jcoda what is your band called?

Good question. Ya know, I change my battery once a year and never, ever had any abrupt signal loss.
To get a year out of a 9V is pretty darn good. So, I just stick with that. But, my gig bag always has a box
of fresh batteries just in case! I would never leave a cord plugged in my bass unless I was playing it!

Usually you will begin to get distortion when the battery level gets too low......The Batt-O-Meter is the way to go for sure!

Thanks y'all. I'll see if I can find one locally. I was just concerned about tonal deterioration that snuck up on ya. Always nice to be confident that you're getting full potential from the preamp.
