Club Sadowsky!!!

Ok, since B.C. wanted me to do this... ;)

The I see of that J/J, the more I like it. It should sound sick through that rig. :bassist:

I recall somebody asking me about the differences in color between the headstocks on my Sadowskys...since I got the new V4, I've shot a photo that shows how they are aging. This is more visible on the back of the neck.

Thanks... way cool. I can't point to a post, but I thought for sure Roger had commented on this as well, since the neck finishes on his basses... at least the NYC's (don't know about Metros)... are nitro.

Vic... forget the Kid and send me the M6 :ninja: beside you can catch me...
sorry BC I'm older and have senority... :smug:
Ok, B.C. back to you... what am I bid?? ;) :D

The coolest part of this is, it's not even my amp (tho I have a feeling one will be at some point)! :D :D :D :D

My 3 Sadowsky basses have done the same thing. One is from 2001 and has darkened a lot. Another from 2005 is dark but not as dark as the '01 and the '07 is pretty light. We will see when the '08 arrives tomorrow.

BTW: All of them stay in smoke free environments. Inherently any wood (especially lighter colored wood like maple, spruce etc) is going to darken over time. So if we all would be willing to wait 10 years we could save the extra cash we are all paying for the vintage tint on our Sadowsky basses. :)
