Club Sadowsky!!!

I like the looks of this one...simple but, with a nice flame top!
Love the Ebony with black hardware too. All it needs is a D-Tuner!

Stock update!

I do like this one quite a bit.... makes me wish I wasn't in a purchase freeze. :scowl:

It would match my 4-string LPB Metro HPJ perfectly!
At least until my Metro pickguard in black pearl shows up... eventually... :-\

Say, you think Roger would be willing to route in a MM pup in place of the J-pup on my 4 stringer? :hiding:
Probably not on a Metro. ;)

Having an MM type pickup option would be a great new addition to the Sadowsky brand.

Here's a couple of crappy phone pics of my UV70. I just put in a set of Sadowsky singe coils a couple of days ago. Loving them so far. I got back to back gigs opening for Phil Vassar tomorrow and Saturday so I'll get a chance to see how they sound in a live situation.

I started out building acoustic guitars in 1972, 10 years before I made my first bass. I had always built them as an avocation but when my son was born, I put acoustics on the back burner so I would not have an excuse to spend my free time at the shop. 20 years later, my son is in college so it is time to build them again. I am currently prototyping guitars based on the Martin OM and M models.

Roger

Please let us know if/when you might be ready to go with these. I spent part of my weekend playing old Martins at Gruhn Guitars in Nashville. So, am in the market for a great acoustic guitar...

It has been done, call the shop. :) Mine has a Nordstrand MM5.2; I believe Roger also offers the Seymour Duncan MM style pickup. The Sadowsky preamp is not a Music Man preamp therefore it isn't a Stingray tone clone, but the MM-style pickup gives it a good Stingray vibe nonetheless.

And just for grins:

P.S. Mine is not the first MM-style Sadowsky overall, but FWIW I think it's the first with five strings.
