Club Sadowsky!!!

I have a metro MV4 HPJ and and my guitard is always going between E flat tuning and standard E tuning by sets. I leave the bass overnight in whatever tuning we used for our last set and the relief is always the same. Stability is amazing.

The soaps are in the same locations as 60's J's. The sound is fuller and punchier....like a big fat J bass.

Absolutely! What I was missing a little bit was that "growl" that you get with Big Singles. But with the Will Lee preamp, you can really come close. I am still experimenting with the settings but I feel that in a band context ( classic rock with 2 loud guitars and keys) the soaps combined with the Will Lee mid boost really shine! Roger and the crew have earned full marks yet again!

Hey all

I may be buying a very very immaculate MV5 in 59 Burst. Its a 2009 just after they stopped using neck plates.

Its the usual VTC setup with bass/treble etc.

I haven't played it but the dealer is offering a 5 day trial...its from a collector who sold a fair amount off. Not gigged, still has the plastic on the guard etc.

Its a good price, and I've always wanted one. Sadowsky rectangular case and paperwork.

What should I expect? What should I look for? I know the quality of these is 100%.
