I put a set of Sadowsky Black Label Flatwounds back on my NYC 24-5 the other day after having tried several sets of round wounds for the last few years...man I'm loving how good my bass sounds and feels with those strings!

Elmon I LOVE The alleva... It's the need for alder-rosewood that makes this decision... I would do a AC LG5 also... But u figured if a Sadowsky guy wants to dip his toes into AC's here's the chance... Love both roger and Jimmy's work...
