I remember 2 years ago when I visited the shop there was one just like it. I couldn’t put it down it was so amazing! Here is a pic of it on my lap. Killer bass!

I just got the bass in February it’s a Will Lee with a reverse P and soap bar. Waited 12 months on it. The most amazing bass I have every played. Can’t wait to order my next one.

It looks darker, richer than CAR... must be the light... you call it whatever you want... I'll call it awesome! .

It is satin candy apple red it is dark.

I think the satin finish changes the colors a bit from the gloss finishes.

Said it before, but the Portabag is my favorite, even over a hard case. (I do not fly with my bass, but some have said they fly with the Portabag). Recently got a newer one with bottom flap, but I also have the previous version. I doubt it's waterproof, but it certainly seems water resistant: I don't worry a bit in light rain or snow. I wouldn't want to be in heavier rain with the Portabag... but then I wouldn't want to be in heavier rain with any case. I know what you're saying: "what if?" If I wanted to be that prepared I'd use something like a high-dollar ATA, but even though I gig every weekend it would still be overkill for my usage.
