Here's another thing to ponder - Warwick spends a lot on advertising using players from certain genres and what model they use. Will the Metro an ME lines begin to have same exposure based on a visible player? Will be interesting to see for sure.

Nobody said anything about price points yet.So, the Metro and ME lines will be made in Germany at the same price point(s).
Tread carefully, I've read of some dodgy adverts for up market basses in Europe, and it's been a conn.Thank you for the information.
Seller is asking 1800 euros, but I have to ask for every bit of information, just one photo on the website, no details about the bass.
Not a good sign.
As the guy who started this club, and as an owner of close to 20 Sadowskys over the years, I have full confidence that this is pretty much a non-issue to consider.
Sadowsky has a world-wide reputation as one of the top builders in the world. I wouldn’t second guess Roger and Co. decision for doing this at all.
But stand by for “pre-Warwick” Sadowskys with jacked up prices......

Yes! The Warwick website is unbelievably difficult to navigate both using a PC and mobile device.I hope Warwick updates its website. Design is super old. Difficult to find things and sparse information...
Let’s go for a Buzzard built to Will Lee’s specs?Big question time: am I going to get a Thumb 5, 19mm spacing with a Sadowsky pre?
Ya know, thinking about this again, Warwick routinely builds 6-strings. Maybe they could produce some. Not to mention TYO produced the only 6-string bass in Sadowsky history.

If the bass is legit and in good shape, that's a great price for a NYC bass. Mine is the last electric bass I'll ever own (and it's already been for the last ten years).Thank you for the information.

How do you know they will be made in Germany?
Has this been confirmed?
We are moving the Metro/MetroExpress from Yoshi/Japan to Warwick/Germany for better worldwide distribution.
Hello guys, quick question, please.
The NYC PJ bass is in what rank, hierarchy speaking? Is it made in the USA shop? Is it top of the line, or a budget model?
A good condition NYC PJ 4 from 2004 would sell for how much, used? I ask because I found one locally, but don't know how to evaluate it.
Thank you.
