stock AC pickups are slightly longer
I have a pair sitting around but cant do the test
I don’t think Jimmy makes 5 string pickups that will fit a Sadowsky Bass.

I premiered the new Deluxe Satin on gigs this weekend. I just love how well a Sadowsky fits in a mix!

Based on the Sadowsky web site and 2020 price list, I think all PJs may become VWs(?)No. But all Verdines are P/Js
My understanding is that this kind of noise can come from residue/oxidation inside the pots. Contact cleaner usually helps, but in lieu of that, you can try "working" the pot by rapidly moving it back and forth (with amp volume down to avoid nasty noise).
If this is a misunderstanding / urban legend, please let me know...
And all Verdines were from the Satin series (and priced like the Satins), not the Custom NYC basses. A Custom NYC PJ was not branded as a Verdine. As far as I know....No. But all Verdines are P/Js
Not all...fresh pic of my NYC 5P PJ:Are all PJs now considered Verdines?

I think I might try that! I have a Pulcinella J5 with Sadowsky guts and VTC, and I also have a scratchy pot. Thanks @Fuzzbass !!! I’ve been dealing with a noisy volume pot for weeks and tried this Friday after reading your post...now it’s healed from whatever was the ailment, saving my main squeeze from having to visit her doctor.

When will the new Metro Express models be available?Verdine’s are all standard style with the exception of our current run of 10 vintage style satins.
