Wow, I see at last! So I don't have any chance removing the hum using one single coil PU with upgrading the shielding? It is taken out from a Chinese Metroexpress loaded to my Blade Penta.
Will these new pickups be available in the German Metrolines, or as an after market purchase?
Different j-style pickups pickups are already available through Warwick, at least for 5 string basses and including stacked coil design:
Single coils: Sadowsky J/J-Style Bass Pickup Set, Single Coil, 5-String - Bridge & Neck
Split coil: Sadowsky J-Style Bass Pickups (Alnico V / Alnico III), Noise-Cancelling, Split Coil, 5-String
Stacked coil: Sadowsky J-Style Bass Pickups, Noise-Cancelling, Stacked Coil, 5-String
Every time I see one of these I think of a low budget, Chinese-made Sandberg... that doesn't exist. But does at the same time. Just not cheap - or built in China.

My limited knowledge of recent Sadowsky pickup changes:
1) The 5-string stacked jazz pickups were first introduced in NYC instruments in 2018. They improved hum cancelation from the previous side by side 5 string jazz pickup. I had an NYC instrument with the side by sides and got a lot of lighting induced hum, so Roger swapped them out for the stacked version and the problem was corrected. I'm not sure if the stacked 5 string pickup ever found their way into the Japan Metros or Japan Metro Express, but I assume they did find their way into the Warwick instruments.
2) Later, in 2020, Roger introduced the switch ($100 upcharge) that removes the stacked hum cancelling pickup from the circuit, making the installed pick-up into a single coil. I had Roger install this feature into another NYC bass and my experience was that, once adjusted for a gain bump in single coil mode, I could hear no difference between the single coil and hum cancel modes of operation. YMMV. A testimony to the quality of the stacked pickup quality and design.

That is a beauty!
This little budget fretless has a serviceable slap tone considering that it is strung with flats. I just have to be careful not to slide into or out of notes.

Someone talk me out of selling my (Japan) Metro Hybrid PJ4...'cause I'm really heading towards letting this one go.
